BEGIN YOUR Mental HEALTH HEALING
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
I offer comprehensive mental health assessments and medication management for those who need it.
During our initial visit, I will conduct a thorough assessment, including personal and family history and presenting issues to understand your unique situation. Together, we’ll explore the best options for your child’s mental health, whether that involves medication, or other supportive strategies.
Your family’s well being is my priority, and I’m here to help you find the right path. If you want to know if my practice is right for you, please reach me for a free 15 minute consultation.
NOTE: Controlled medications including stimulants will not be prescribed via telehealth. However, I will gladly work with you and your child to prescribe non-stimulant, non-controlled ADHD medications.
Nutritional psychiatry
AS PART OF MY HOLISTIC APPROACH, I OFFER:
NEutraceuticalS
Personalized recommendations for natural supplements based on each child’s individual needs.
Deficiencies in essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, magnesium, or vitamin D can contribute to symptoms like anxiety, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. On the other hand, excessive amounts of certain supplements can also have negative effects, leading to imbalances or side effects.
With so many over the counter supplement brands and formulations, it can be difficult to know which ones are effective, safe, and appropriate for your child’s specific needs. That's why I’m here to help guide you through the process.
DIET for brain health
Guidance for families to incorporate whole, nutrient-dense foods that support brain function, including leafy greens, lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. These dietary habits, combined with the right nutraceuticals, can significantly impact mood regulation, focus, and overall mental health.
LABORATORY TESTING
For a more personalized and comprehensive treatment plan, I offer laboratory services that are designed to assess underlying medical or nutritional factors that could be impacting your child’s mental health.
With this information, we can develop a more precise, targeted treatment plan that includes appropriate nutritional support, lifestyle changes, or interventions.
