I hold a Doctorate degree as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University, where I received advanced training in mental health care and therapy. I have also received training in integrative psychiatry from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and Psychiatry Redefined.
I have also participated in a variety of training programs focused on parent management techniques for children with behavioral challenges. While these strategies are specifically designed to address difficult behaviors, they can also be beneficial for children who do not present such challenges.
Beyond my professional qualifications, my most meaningful role is being a mother to three children—two teenagers and one adult. This personal experience has been invaluable, deepening my empathy and practical knowledge about parenting, navigating different stages of child development, and balancing the emotional dynamics of family life.
